Extension of the Sine Wave Actorbot system

It integrates our robots with any CRM application, allowing seamless, real-time campaign management in any avatar-based environment. The system includes real-time instant message and chat management allowing a single customer services agent to manage thousands of concurrent conversations with customers.

The CRMbot emerged from our own customer services needs, handling hundreds of thousands of customers across multiple virtual worlds. We deployed our first CRM bot with 20 preset answers. After 6 months of operations our customer service team reduced from 3 full time people to 1 part time person and our CRMbot’s AI engine had expanded to 1100 responses.
